When you decide to arrange your own books to sell at an event, you follow the following five simple steps:

1. Contact Kathryn Hough at St. Martin's Press by phone (646-600-7865) or e-mail as soon as you know the date of your book signing.
2. Allison will help you set up an account with Special Sales.
3. Order as many books as you like. Don't worry about ordering too many, because the books are returnable. You get the books at a significant discount.
4. Charge whatever you like for the books at the book-signing event.
5. Pay for the books you sell and return whatever you don't sell.

It's that easy.
